Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group in Riyadh seeks a Senior Construction Supervisor to lead the construction supervision team for a large-scale mixed-use development. You will oversee villas, townhouses, apartments, and commercial components, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and authority requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple interfaces, reviewing programs, leading multidisciplinary teams across architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines, and delivering milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction supervision and project-management experience.
• Experience with villas, townhouses and multi-unit apartment buildings.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, codes, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction supervision team across a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Oversee delivery of villas, townhouses, apartments, and commercial components.
• Coordinate interfaces between residential, commercial, clubhouse, landscape, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Review contractor programs, construction methodologies, resource plans, procurement schedules, and recovery plans.
• Chair progress, technical, coordination, quality, and risk-management meetings.
• Provide executive progress reports, forecasts, risk assessments, and handover documentation.
