Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 12+ years of infrastructure project delivery experience, including construction supervision and project management roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and client expectations.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including construction supervision, engineering, commercial and project controls.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as key contact for clients, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts on delivery.
• Review and monitor contractor progress, performance and compliance.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates and KPIs to senior management and clients.
