Job summary

Client on One95 Global is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer with extensive construction leadership to manage a large public realm project in a multi-phase setting. The role requires directing site teams, coordinating hardscape, softscape and utilities, and ensuring phased handovers align with programme targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in multi-phase site logistics and delivering complex masterplan schemes, while maintaining quality, safety and cost controls on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Graduate Civil Engineer with degree qualification.
• Experience in senior construction management roles.
• Proven leadership of large public realm corridors or masterplan projects.
• Experience running hardscape, softscape and utilities concurrently on one site.
• Track record handing over sections while delivering adjacent phases.
• Experience managing multi-phase, multi-hoarding-site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Run the site on a day‑to‑day basis and report to the Project Manager Director.
• Lead delivery of the public realm project across two phases and four hoarding phases.
• Coordinate concurrent hardscape, softscape and utilities works.
• Oversee phased handover of completed sections while works continue on other phases.
• Manage stakeholder coordination across all site disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate Civil Engineer (degree-qualified).
• Minimum 20 years construction management experience.
• Proven leadership of a corridor, park or masterplan public realm scheme of similar length.
• Experience running hardscape, softscape and utilities packages concurrently on the same site.
• Track record of handing over completed sections while continuing to deliver adjacent phases.
• Experience managing multi-phase, multi-hoarding-phase site logistics.
