The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, have 5+ years in construction leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead teams to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects and engineers.
• Develop project timelines and budgets and ensure projects are completed within set deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.
• Hire, train and supervise construction teams to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality of materials used and adherence to plans.
• Prepare project reports for upper management as needed.
