Job summary

Prime Source Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer with strong technical and managerial experience in concrete equipment maintenance, including pumps, truck mixers and batching plants. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise a maintenance team to maximize equipment availability.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting能力 in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, plus spare parts management and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with concrete equipment including pumps, mixers and batching plants.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault diagnosis in concrete equipment.
• Experience leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervising maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for concrete equipment.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and maintenance planning to maximize uptime.
• Organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
