Zusammenfassung

Prime Source Group seeks a Maintenance Engineer with strong technical and managerial experience in concrete equipment maintenance, including pumps, truck mixers and batching plants. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervise a maintenance team to maximize equipment availability.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting能力 in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, plus spare parts management and inventory control.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with concrete equipment including pumps, mixers and batching plants.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault diagnosis in concrete equipment.
• Experience leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs and supervising maintenance teams.

We are looking for an experienced strong Maintenance Engineer strong with strong technical and managerial experience in strong concrete equipment maintenance strong

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Concrete Pumps Truck Mixers Ready-Mix Concrete Batching Plants
• Excellent technical knowledge in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis particularly in mechanical hydraulic and electrical systems of concrete pumps and truck mixers
• Ability to professionally manage and supervise Preventive amp Corrective Maintenance activities
• Strong experience in spare parts management inventory control and maintenance planning
• Ability to lead and manage the maintenance team assign tasks and monitor performance
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to minimize equipment downtime and maximize equipment availability
• Strong technical leadership organizational and managerial skills
