Job summary

ACWA Power seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment. You will plan activities, supervise staff, and ensure work orders are executed via CMMS/SAP while coordinating with planning engineers.

You will report on maintenance status, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement in procedures and performance. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Engineering Degree (B.E.) in Mechanical from a four-year College or University.
• Experience: 4–8 years in related maintenance; more than 8 years preferred.
• Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System principles.
• Knowledge of applicable legal requirements and hazard risk assessment.
• Capable of leading a maintenance group and coordinating staff.
• English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate and assign maintenance jobs; supervise maintenance staff.
• Execute work orders through CMMS/SAP and coordinate with Planning Engineer.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and monitor IMS objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
