Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Commercial Head to lead subcontracting activities for maintenance, from scope development to bid evaluation and contract award, ensuring alignment with HSSEQ and KPI requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 12+ years in contracting, fluent English, and strong SAP knowledge, with proven leadership in large organizations and ability to navigate multi-cultural environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience in contracting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and contracts administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors.
• Prepare evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts.
• Coordinate and manage bidding activities, kickoff meetings and evaluation of offers.
• Ensure HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within contracts.
• Ensure QA/QC requirements and KPIs are included for maintenance contractors.
