Job summary

Converge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Commercial Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial insight and support business performance through informed commercial decision‑making. This role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals in line with government Saudisation initiatives.

You will partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering
• Proven ability to support senior leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting
• Experience analyzing revenue, costs, margins, and profitability to identify opportunities
• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and influence decisions
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge and advise business leaders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical skills, commercial judgement, and communication abilities
