Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks an experienced Civil Manager in Riyadh to lead civil works, negotiate contracts post-award, and monitor project execution to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of infrastructure projects.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and project management skills to coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines for integrated project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level civil engineering degree required.
• Strong contract management and commercial acumen.
• Experience in post-award negotiations and contract reviews.

Responsibilities

• Engage in post-award negotiations to optimize cost, timeline and scope.
• Review and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with objectives and policy.
• Assess contractor capabilities and past performance for compliance.
• Establish clear communication with contractors and resolve disputes.
• Oversee civil works progress, track milestones and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with mechanical/electrical/instrumentation teams for integrated execution.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and identify risks impacting timelines and finances.
• Provide periodic progress reports to senior management.
