• Develop plans and specifications in accordance with codes for roads, bridges and buildings.
• Monitor projects to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Estimate costs, schedule completion times and coordinate construction activities.
• Review plans and designs of subcontractors; liaise with vendors for delivery and installation.
