Job summary

MDK Consultant seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction supervision and delivery of major building and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will mobilise, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, contracts and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion in line with FIDIC standards and local regulations.

The candidate must have PMP and Saudi Council of Engineers registrations, and a proven track record in government, aviation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Total experience of at least 15 years.
• At least 8 years in Saudi Arabia.
• At least 5 years in a Project Manager or senior management role.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations and local authorities.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
• Proficiency in project reporting.
• Experience on major government, aviation, infrastructure or high-security projects preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior management role.
• Strong leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, and local authorities.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project reporting.
• Ability to meet client security and project eligibility requirements.
• Experience in major government, aviation, infrastructure, or high-security projects is preferred.
