Job summary

SSCL is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead planning, design and construction of large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure technical compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while guiding junior engineers and site teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors, reviewing drawings and calculations, and managing budgets and schedules to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Qualifications

• PE certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience leading teams on large civil infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and execution of civil projects ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations and technical docs.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks and timelines for delivery.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental and safety requirements are met.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status and variations.
