Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor civil construction activities for large-scale developments. You will ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and reviewing technical submissions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, on-site leadership, and experience with the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional Engineer registration desirable.
• Membership in an engineering institution preferred.
• Construction supervision and quality-related certifications advantageous.
• 8–12 years’ civil engineering and supervision experience.
• Experience on major building developments and GCC Saudi projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise earthworks, roads, drainage and external infrastructure to quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP and landscape teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans and inspections.
• Conduct site inspections, track progress and manage documentation.
• Prepare progress reports and support stakeholder meetings.
