Fluor is seeking a Civil Inspector for Ras Al-khair & Jubail, Saudi Arabia, on a contract basis. The role emphasizes QA/QC inspections, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with EPCs and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background, 10–15 years of industrial construction experience, and strong knowledge of SBC/MAADEN standards. Environmental awareness and reporting skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in quality control, quality assurance, and site inspections.
• Ability to verify compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience with environmental or recycling facilities is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and MAADEN/ISO standards.

Responsabilités

• QA/QC inspection and site verification against specs.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and NCRs.
• Coordinate with EPC Contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and permit-to-work compliance.
