Job summary

Trs Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Civil Inspector for a mining and metals project in Ras Al-Khair & Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes QA/QC inspection, site verifications, and adherence to design standards and safety regulations.

Candidates should have a civil engineering qualification with 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction, infrastructure, or heavy civil works. Knowledge of SBC, MAADEN, and international standards is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• QA/QC inspection and site verification against design specs and project standards.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes & standards (SBC, MAADEN, ASTM/ACI/BS/ISO).
• Experience with environmental or recycling facilities is highly preferred.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), MIRs, WIRs.
• Maintain safety & compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers with project teams.
• Possess certifications such as ISO 9001 awareness or NEBOSH/OSHA where applicable.

Client is looking for a Civil Inspector

Location: Ras Al-Khair & Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Requirements/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field or relevant engineering field.
• (Most Civil Inspector roles in KSA require a civil engineering qualification.)
• 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction, infrastructure, or heavy civil works.
• Experience in plant construction, utilities, earthworks, or structural concrete is highly valued.
• (Common across Civil Inspector postings in KSA.)

Responsibilities:

1. QA/QC Inspection Experience

• Strong background in quality control, quality assurance, and site inspections.
• Ability to verify compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety regulations.
• (QA/QC Civil Inspector roles emphasize compliance and documentation.)

2. Knowledge of Saudi Codes & Standards

• Familiarity with:
• Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• MAADEN standards (often preferred even outside Aramco projects)
• International standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO)

3. Experience with Environmental or Recycling Facilities (Highly Preferred for Maaden)

• Waste management facilities
• Recycling plants
• Industrial process buildings
• Environmental compliance inspections
