Mace in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior civil engineer to lead civil disciplines across a major infrastructure programme in Umluj. You will align design, construction and technical assurance to deliver integrated outcomes, focusing on substructure works, stormwater, drainage, flood mitigation and hydraulic coordination on the project.

You will review designs, manage technical risk, lead the MEP aspects on site, and coordinate with the client, consultants and contractors while upholding safety,

Qualificações

• Degree in civil engineering from an accredited program.
• Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure delivery and substructure works.
• Thorough experience in stormwater design, drainage systems, and hydraulic infrastructure.
• Experience with technical assurance and engineering reviews.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial and delivery awareness within complex, multidisciplinary programmes.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote site environment and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality, sustainability and collaborative working.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for civil engineering across multiple delivery packages.
• Review designs for compliance with programme requirements and standards.
• Manage technical reviews for substructures, earthworks, roads, utilities, structures and drainage.
• Offer specialist guidance on stormwater design and flood management.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil and utility disciplines.
• Monitor technical risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Ensure quality and compliance of MEP services within the project.
• Lead delivery strategies and programmes for all project phases.
• Liaise with client, consultants, trade contractors and other leaders.
• Support continuous improvement and innovations in technical delivery.
