Job summary
BEC Arabia is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC - Senior Architectural Engineer to join our Construction team in Riyadh. You will ensure the highest standards of architectural quality and compliance across prestigious projects, including commercial, residential, and government developments.
You will collaborate with project managers, design teams, and on-site engineers to implement QA/QC processes, review drawings, and generate NCRs, while aligning with ISO 9001 and safety standards on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years in QA/QC roles within construction, focusing on architectural works.
- Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks for architectural QA/QC.
- Strong knowledge of SBC and related municipal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC plans and procedures for architectural works.
- Conduct site inspections for compliance with drawings, SBC, and specs.
- Monitor materials quality and construction methods against standards.
- Prepare NCRs and maintain QA/QC documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with PMs, designers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
