Job summary

Mace is seeking a Change Management Senior within our PMO team to work on a large new build airport project in Saudi Arabia. You will manage day-to-day Change Management operations, be the primary contact for change matters, and guide project teams through governance of change requests while ensuring alignment with programme requirements and net-zero carbon goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in Change Management, PMO, Project Controls, Governance or similar functions on major projects or programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Change Management operations within the PMO on an assigned programme.
• Act as the primary contact for all change-related matters.
• Guide project teams in developing and progressing Change Requests through the governance process.
• Ensure alignment with programme requirements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to net zero carbon transition efforts during delivery.
