Job summary

Mace in Saudi Arabia is seeking a PMO and Project Controls professional to support delivery on a major mixed-use programme, leading planning and governance activities and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

You will work within the Planning Centre of Excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to outcomes focused on safety, efficiency, and net zero carbon goals.

Qualifications

• PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
• Experience implementing PMO/Project Controls frameworks.
• Strong health, safety and wellbeing leadership with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation within complex organisations.
• Excellent communication to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals.
• Contributes to PMO/Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, aligning with client requirements and governance standards.
• Builds effective relationships with client representatives and integrates core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
• Assists with preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitates performance reviews and provides insight on project performance.
• Works toward net zero carbon transition and manages associated emissions and reductions during delivery.
