Job summary

Partner Organization in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide people aspects of large ERP and technology transformations, with an emphasis on SAP and S/4HANA. You will shape change strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new processes, systems, and ways of working.

You will engage leadership, business stakeholders, and consultants to align objectives, drive adoption, and minimize disruption across manufacturing-focused transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large ERP or tech transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OCM strategies aligned with transformation objectives and timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify adoption requirements.
• Establish and manage change networks and engagement structures for sustained adoption.
• Design and execute communication strategies, including executive toolkits and leadership messaging.
• Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder workshops across levels.
• Define governance frameworks, roles, and processes for large-scale programs.
• Create training strategies to prepare employees for new systems and processes.
• Manage change deliverables like readiness assessments, toolkits, and adoption metrics.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout implementation.
• Track adoption and readiness metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with client teams and partners for coordinated delivery.
