Job summary
IBES Technologies is seeking a Senior BMS Engineer in Riyadh to lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of advanced BMS solutions for data centers. You will develop robust BMS architectures, optimize energy performance, and ensure integration with BACnet/Modbus and third-party systems.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building automation, strong HVAC knowledge, and experience with Delta Controls. English fluency is required, with certifications in BMS/HVAC considered a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of building automation and control systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management and building protocols.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional certifications in BMS/HVAC are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design robust and scalable BMS architectures tailored to client requirements.
- Develop advanced control strategies for HVAC and energy management.
- Configure, program, and commission Delta Controls BMS hardware and software.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, and perform testing/validation.
- Integrate BMS with BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols.
- Prepare technical documentation: narratives, wiring diagrams, commissioning reports.
