Job summary

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a specialized BMS engineer in Jeddah to design Niagara N4-based automation solutions for HVAC, lighting and energy systems. You will integrate low-current subsystems, develop dashboards, and ensure cybersecurity across BMS networks.

The role involves field deployment, collaboration with MEP teams, and ongoing optimization of system performance and reliability on project sites in the Makkah region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/instrumentation/CS/mechatronics engineering.
• 1–3 years of Niagara N4 experience.
• Familiarity with BMS, ELC, ICT, IoT and energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BMS architecture based on project requirements.

A specialized engineering professional responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automated building management systems with a strong emphasis on the Niagara N4 framework. They integrate critical low-current and IoT subsystems—such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and access control—using industry-standard protocols like BACnet and Modbus. By developing user-friendly graphic dashboards and automation sequences, they optimize building energy efficiency, system performance, and operational reliability. Additionally, they manage field hardware deployment, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and collaborate closely with MEP teams and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.

• Design and develop BMS architecture based on project requirements.
• Install and configure BMS hardware and software (controllers, sensors, actuators).
• Program control logic and automation sequences for HVAC, lighting, and other subsystems.
• Test and commission BMS systems to ensure functionality and performance.

• Create custom dashboards, alarms, and trend logs within Niagara N4 for real-time system monitoring and analytics.

• Familiarity with BMS, ELC, ICT, IOT and other low current systems.
• Experience: 1-3 years using Niagara N4 framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science or Mechatronics Engineering
• Computer Literate, AutoCAD, Advance in Excel and other Office tools.
• Excellent in English Language.
