Job summary

Parsons is seeking a BMS and DCIM Engineer - Critical Systems in Riyadh to lead design reviews, validation, and integration of building management and data center systems. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resilient, energy-efficient operations across design, testing, commissioning and handover.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BMS/DCIM/SCADA and strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, MQTT, and Digital Twin platforms for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BMS, DCIM, SCADA, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with data center operations and integrated monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity for operational technology and building networks.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate BMS and DCIM system designs for data centers and smart infrastructure.
• Verify requirements for power, cooling, environmental monitoring, UPS, generators, and meters.
• Review control philosophies, points lists, schematics, and network architectures.
• Ensure integration between BMS, DCIM, EPMS, EMS, SCADA, and security systems.
• Assess interfaces via BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, MQTT, APIs, gateways, PLCs and sensors.
• Coordinate with MEP, ICT, cybersecurity, and vendors to resolve interfaces.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover for BMS, DCIM, EMS, and SCADA.
• Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
