By maintaining reliable data structures, consistent modelling standards, and disciplined information exchange, the role helps reduce coordination risks, improve constructability, strengthen decision-making, and support efficient delivery of the Qiddiya Project.
A Bachelor 's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or another relevant discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience may also be considered. The role requires approximately 10 years of experience in BIM modelling, coordination, or digital project delivery, including several years leading teams or managing BIM functions. Candidates should demonstrate strong capability in complex model development, production management, technical reviews, resource planning, digital coordination, and BIM governance. The successful professional should be able to interpret modelling requirements, resolve scope ambiguities, establish baseline schedules, monitor team output, assess production capacity, and communicate clearly with engineering, management, production, and client stakeholders. Advanced understanding of BIM QA and QC processes is essential, together with experience guiding teams through model validation, compliance checks, clash detection, deliverable reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination. A BIM-related professional certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional or a recognized BIM Manager qualification is preferred.
