Job summary

Outdoor Factory MEA is seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to develop detailed BIM models and shop drawings using Revit. You will collaborate with design consultants and subcontractors to ensure IFC drawings meet project requirements and codes.

Responsibilities include creating LOD400/LOD500 models, coordinating disciplines, and leading clash detection. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is essential, with BIM360 experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years architecture experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM360.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models up to LOD400 and LOD500.
• Create detailed shop-drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate drawings.
• Ensure shop-drawings comply with project requirements, specifications and local codes.
• Coordinate all disciplines; perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in BIM models.
• Proficient with Revit setup and workset/model management per company standards.
• Stay updated with BIM technology and software advancements.
