Job summary

ISLAMIC CORPORATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR (ICD) seeks a Business Intelligence Developer to manage enterprise data integration, ETL processes, data modelling and analytical reporting. You will support BI capabilities across critical financial systems and drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and accessibility.

The role requires strong SQL/DAX skills, data governance focus and effective collaboration with IT and business users to enable forecasting and performance

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data integration, or related technology functions.
Hands‑on experience in ETL development, data integration, data modelling, staging environments, data quality validation, and reconciliation.
Proficient in English; Arabic and/or French preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide ownership of enterprise data integration, ETL development, staging environments and related data processes.
Develop, maintain and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate data integration.
Design and optimize data models and SQL/DAX queries for reporting and analytics.
Manage metadata to support data consistency and integrity across the enterprise.
Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to support performance monitoring and forecasting.
