Confidential in Riyadh is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead to shape and drive the architecture strategy for large banking transformation programs. You will define and own the target enterprise architecture (business, data, application, and technology), build roadmaps for digital transformation and core banking modernization, set standards and governance, and mentor architects.

Candidates should have 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with banking experience, TOGAF, ArchiMate

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with banking sector experience.
• Strong knowledge of core banking, payments, digital channels, and APIs/messaging integration.
• Experience with TOGAF and modeling tools such as ArchiMate or Sparx EA.
• Understanding of cloud, security, and SAMA regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own target enterprise architecture for banking environments.
• Build roadmaps supporting digital transformation and core banking modernization.
• Set architecture standards, principles, governance, and lead Architecture Review Boards.
• Assess solutions and vendors for secure, scalable, compliant designs.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and delivery teams to turn strategy into workable designs.
• Lead and mentor solution and technical architects.
