Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Professional legal license or accreditation in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant legal experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Experience representing financial institutions or banking legal departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized legal advice and manages litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings for the Bank.
• Ensures compliance with Saudi laws and regulatory requirements governing litigation.
• Represents the Bank before courts, committees, and authorities; coordinates with external counsel when needed.
• Evaluates litigation risks and recommends legal strategies to protect the Bank's interests.
• Coordinates with internal departments to gather evidence and respond to court deadlines.
