Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough and current understanding of international and local law.
• Provide legal input and advice for all operations, transactions and agreements in their specified field of operation/locations.
• Ensure the legal documentation is in place to support all transactions.
• Develop close collaborative ties with international firms to ensure transfer of state of the art technology and best legal practice to the business.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and advisors as required.
• Provide management information to the Head of Legal on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
