Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) and MGA operations, based in Saudi Arabia. You’ll work with underwriters, stakeholders, and IT teams to translate complex insurance needs into operational configurations and functional specs for the Sure Commercial platform.

You will drive requirements analysis, system integration planning, and testing to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Formación

• Eight+ years of business analysis experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong MGA domain expertise and delegated underwriting understanding.
• Experience with the full commercial insurance lifecycle: underwriting, rating, quote-to-bind, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals.
• Hands-on with at least one commercial insurance platform (implementation/configuration).
• Ability to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for commercial insurance platform implementation.
• Translate requirements into configurations, user stories, and specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configurations or integrations.
• Support lifecycle activities across underwriting, rating, binding, issuing, endorsements, and renewals.
• Design and document broker submission processes and workflows.
• Define and support integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers, and accounting systems.
• Develop SIT and UAT test scenarios and coordinate business sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA.
