Job summary

Idaratech Platform – منصة إدارتك is expanding its outbound sales team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a proactive B2B SaaS seller with 1–3 years of experience to hunt new mid-market accounts and manage deals end-to-end from discovery to close.

You will run outbound campaigns, handle inbound leads from the SDR team, deliver product demos, and negotiate multi-stakeholder opportunities across HR, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English.
• Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to visit clients.
• Knowledge of Saudi business env and integrations (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new B2B SaaS leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events.
• Turn inbound SDR-qualified leads into demos and opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end deals including discovery, demos, proposals and negotiations.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline reports and team collaboration.
