Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager – AV & Broadcast Technology Solutions to lead strategy, governance and design coordination for audiovisual, media and immersive tech across Qiddiya Sports assets. You will collaborate with Development, Design, Project Delivery and Operations to ensure high-performance, secure, maintainable systems that elevate guest experiences.

The role requires translating creative ambitions into technically robust, future-ready solutions, managing stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline as listed.
7+ years delivering AV, media or integrated technology systems for large venues.
Strong understanding of audiovisual, broadcast and digital media tech.
Good grasp of ICT infrastructure, networking and systems integration.
Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams during design and delivery.
Familiarity with procurement processes and technical specifications.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AV, media and creative technology design across sports venues throughout all project stages.
Establish and promote technical standards, system architectures and design guidelines.
Provide specialist technical advisory to teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
Safeguard design intent while balancing operational and budget considerations.
Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps aligned with strategies.
Identify emerging technologies to enhance fan, athlete and guest experiences.
Support integration of AV with ICT infrastructure, broadcast and venue platforms.
Promote coordinated design between AV, ICT, MEP, architectural and operational disciplines.
Evaluate system architectures for resilience, cybersecurity, maintainability and lifecycle performance.
Ensure operational readiness and develop documentation, maintenance strategies and handover processes.
Assist transition from project delivery into venue operations.
Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors; act as technical interface.
