Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager – AV & Broadcast Technology Solutions to guide strategy, design governance and technical leadership across AV, media and immersive systems for our Sports Business Unit assets.

The role collaborates with Development, Design, Project Delivery and Operations to ensure world-class fan and guest experiences while maintaining high standards of performance, cybersecurity and long-term sustainability. Strong ICT, networking and integration expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline.
• 7+ years delivering AV, media or integrated technology for major venues or events.
• Strong knowledge of IPTV, digital signage, broadcast integration and immersive experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV, media and creative technology design across projects from early stages to handover.
• Establish technical standards, architectures and design guidelines across the portfolio.
• Provide specialist advisory to development and design teams for consistency and future readiness.
• Ensure design intent balances operations, budget and performance.
• Support integration of AV with ICT, venue management, signage and control systems.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
