Job summary

IsDB Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Associate to administer and govern ICD’s Atlassian ecosystem, covering Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence. You will configure workflows, automate processes, manage permissions, and provide user support and training to ensure secure, stable operations.

The role requires hands-on Jira/JSM expertise, platform governance experience, and strong English communication. Fixed-term international contract based at ICD Headquarter, Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or a relevant professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated administration and ongoing support of the ICD Atlassian platform, including Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and related integrations.
• Manage platform configurations, workflows, automation, permissions, and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure appropriate governance and controlled administration of the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Ensure platform stability, security, performance, and effective ongoing operation.
• Provide user support and address platform-related queries and operational requirements.
• Provide user training and guidance to facilitate effective utilization of the platform.
• Support the successful implementation, rollout, and operationalization of the ICD Atlassian platform.
• Support adoption and effective utilization of the platform across the organization.
• Manage and enhance workflows, automation, and configurations based on evolving needs.
