Job summary

The incumbent will tailor workflows, automate processes, manage permissions, monitor performance, and provide expert user support and training to maximize platform value for internal teams.

JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for the administration configuration governance and ongoing support of ICD s Atlassian ecosystem including Jira Service Management Jira Software Confluence and related integrations The incumbent will manage workflows automation permissions system performance and user support to ensure a stable secure and effectively governed platform
