Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a Workplace Operations & Experience Manager (Senior Associate) to ensure a high-quality, culturally relevant experience across our spaces globally. The role is primarily in-person in Riyadh, reporting to the Regional Head of Workplace Operations & Experience.

You will collaborate across markets to optimize costs, drive community engagement, and manage facilities, security, and vendor relationships, while supporting onboarding, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience preparing workplace operations for ISO and TISAX certifications.
• Prior experience as Safety Officer or willingness to obtain certification.
• Proven ability to manage facilities, security, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Facilities management and maintenance of office spaces.
• Drive community engagement and coordinate events and experiences.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and access for employees and guests.
• Support Health & Safety, prepare documentation for ISO/TISAX, and act as Safety Officer if trained.
• Oversee physical security, liaise with Infosec and Legal, support certifications.
• Assist travelers with booking and self-service channels.
