Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Stage Gate Assurance & Monitoring Senior Manager to coordinate asset management assurance across stage gates, design reviews, and handover readiness. You will ensure AM requirements are integrated into project delivery and lifecycle planning in line with ISO 55001.

Responsibilities include coordinating with City AM, City Operations, and O&M teams; tracking risks, evidence, and decisions; and producing assurance reports to guide Stage Gate outcomes and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 14+ years in asset management, governance, assurance, or related delivery roles.
• Knowledge of Stage Gate processes, governance reporting, and evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AM assurance across Stage Gate reviews and design reviews.
• Monitor operational readiness, budgets, handover, and lifecycle planning.
• Prepare assurance reports, highlight risks and evidence gaps.
• Support go/no-go decisions and record outcomes.
• Maintain AM platform records and governance documentation.
