Responsibilities

• Act as the technical pavement expert across design, procurement, and construction phases of major roads projects.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs, and construction documents for pavement works.
• Coordinate with consultants, PMCM teams, contractors, and authorities to resolve issues.
• Lead design reviews and value engineering to improve durability and cost outcomes.
• Provide guidance on asphalt batching plant checks, testing, and QA procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and pavement standards.
