Qualifications

• Familiarity with pavement-material properties and testing procedures.
• Ability to interpret roadway geometry and construction specifications.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review roadway, landside-road, and airfield-pavement designs.
• Verify compliance with project requirements, specs, and standards.
