A Saudi Arabian employer is urgently seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Office Engineer to lead architectural technical documentation for large-scale projects in Riyadh. The role emphasizes shop drawing production, coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, and ensuring documentation aligns with project standards and site conditions.

Candidates should have 10+ years in architectural technical offices, advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills, SBC knowledge, SCE membership, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural technical office or shop drawing roles.
Experience on large-scale and major projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SBC; SCE membership required.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

Prepare, review, and issue comprehensive architectural shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, wall types, finishes, ceilings, floors, doors/windows, joinery, stairs, wet areas, facades, cladding).
Develop detailed construction drawings in coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve design clashes before drawing submission.
Develop and manage architectural models in Revit.
Produce drawing sets per project standards.
Prepare technical submittals and respond to consultant comments until approval.
Prepare IFC drawings and specifications.
Prepare as-built drawings and support quantity take-offs for the commercial team.
Coordinate with site teams to reflect actual site conditions.
