Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a Senior Architectural Supervisor to oversee renovation of a premium high-rise hotel in Medina, ensuring conformity with approved drawings, codes, and operator standards.

The role requires a Saudi-licensed architect with 15+ years in architectural construction supervision and design coordination, plus expertise in façade, glazing, and building-envelope systems. English proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration required.
15+ years of experience in architectural construction supervision and design coordination.

Responsibilities

Supervise architectural works for renovation of a high-rise, five-star hotel.
Ensure compliance with drawings, Saudi Building Code, and operator standards.
Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, samples and mockups.
Coordinate facade refurbishment, glazing, waterproofing, and building-envelope works.
Coordinate with structural, interior design, MEP, and fire/life-safety systems.
Lead snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections.
Monitor progress and report architectural risks or delays to the Project Manager.
Review as-built drawings, warranties, and handover documents.
