Job summary

Ashoka Buildcon invites an experienced Senior Manager - Architect Engineer to lead architectural design and coordination for Riyadh-based building and hospitality projects. The role requires overseeing design teams, ensuring compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and municipal regulations, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across active and upcoming projects in the Kingdom.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.), a Master's degree, and at least 15

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited university.
• Master's degree in architecture.
• Certifications in related field.
• Minimum 15 years in architectural design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, review, and approval for building projects in KSA.
• Manage and mentor architects, designers, and draftsmen.
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and design changes.
• Ensure designs comply with SBC, regulations, and client specs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, PMCs, and authorities on design matters.
• Oversee BIM model coordination for architectural elements.
• Support tendering activities with architectural input, BOQs, and specs.
