A leading petrochemical company is seeking an IT Management professional to oversee the execution and implementation of their iMOMS project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and over 8 years of relevant experience, especially in oil and gas sectors. Responsibilities include structuring business requirements, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to IT standards throughout project development. This role demands a proactive attitude and effective communication skills.
In context of Amiral, work in coordination with PetChem Business proponent and information technology (IT) together by understanding requirements and limitations to control the execution and implementation of iMOMS project. Ownership for quality of work and deliverables on pre‑defined Business Scope.
1. Structuring and prioritizing Business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approvals.
2. Assist requirement gathering, developing system design and drafting functional specifications.
3. Provide technical expertise and coherent recommendations assessing project.
4. Identify modifications required in existing landscapes to meet user requirements.
5. Collaborate with Project Leader, Data & Analytics and ICT team to ensure solutions are viable and consistent by ensuring adherence of IT standards, company policies and procedures during entire development process to support a quality deliverable.
6. Responsible for status reports and presentations during weekly meetings with management.
7. Should follow a can‑do attitude for any other task required by ICT Management.
