Job summary

Elm is seeking a Senior Consultant in Riyadh to lead complex data analytics and BI initiatives across its product portfolio. You will translate business needs into analytical solutions, develop data models and executive dashboards, and ensure reporting quality to enable informed decision-making.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, BI, and related disciplines, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Data Visualization, Reporting, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex data analytics initiatives supporting internal products and external client requirements.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Define analytical approaches and recommend appropriate methods based on business requirements.
• Data Visualization & Dashboard Development: design and develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, charts, and other visualizations.

Education
