Job summary

Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to join its consulting practice in Riyadh.

The role is the first step on the consulting career path, focusing on researching, gathering, interpreting and presenting complex data to support client engagements and product development. You will learn the consulting cycle, work with leaders across industries, and contribute to capability assessment, leadership development and team effectiveness projects.

Qualifications

Deep interest in business and organizational behavior with strong analytical skills.
1–2 years of work experience in management or leadership consulting.
Research experience and strong analytical skills using multiple channels.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel.
Experience of advanced statistical modelling such as SPSS.
Highly numerate.
Excellent writing skills; can prepare concise and compelling reports.
Willingness to travel locally and globally as required.

Responsibilities

Conduct research using a broad range of channels, presenting data in a concise format.
Enter, organize and analyse client data using leadership consulting techniques to identify insights.
Prepare client and internal reports in Word or PowerPoint to convey findings.
Support Partners, Principals and Consultants to produce high quality deliverables for clients.
Support the design of new products and tools, conduct client research and contribute ideas.
Plan and manage own workload on multiple projects, prioritise deadlines.
Build reusable, client-ready collateral and presentations that define the problem and lead to recommendations.
Organize and maintain libraries of knowledge collateral for easy access.
Proactively develop own learning to contribute across client projects.
