Job summary

Merge Recruitment Agency is searching for a candidate based in Saudi Arabia to manage and analyze portfolio investments. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in finance or economics, plus a minimum of CFA Level II certification. You'll be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, providing consultation, and managing documentation. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, along with fluency in Arabic and English and ownership of a car.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Management, follow up and reporting of existing portfolio investments
• Evaluating and assessing potential investment opportunities
• Supporting and providing consultation to portfolio Companies
• Keeping track of all documentation/ Updating Records
• Analyze, monitor and assist the portfolio companies in their planned projects, funds, M&A activities
• Participate in the development and the management of the assets owned directly by the group
• Evaluate new opportunities offered to the group directly, or through asset managers and investment bank

Language Requirements

• Arabic – Native / Mother Tongue
• English – Fluent / Excellent

Other Requirements

• Own a Car
• Have Driving License

Qualifications
