Job summary

Consult Pro in Saudi Arabia is seeking a hands-on AI Lead to shape and deliver the company’s AI strategy, mentoring a small team of engineers and data scientists to translate business needs into practical AI solutions with measurable impact.

You’ll own end-to-end AI delivery—from discovery to deployment and monitoring—contribute to architecture and reviews, ensure reliable data pipelines, MLOps and cost-aware model management, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders in clear business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data science/AI experience including team leadership.
• Proven production AI deployments beyond proofs of concept.
• Strong Python and ML frameworks experience.
• Experience with LLM apps, prompt engineering.
• Familiar with vector search (Pinecone, Milvus).
• Experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of PDPL/compliance is not required.

Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, roadmap and priorities with leadership.
• Mentor ML engineers and data scientists.
• Own end-to-end AI delivery—from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to solution architecture and code reviews.
• Build apps using LLMs and RAG with cost considerations.
• Ensure data pipelines and data quality for training.
• Establish MLOps practices and model monitoring.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate vendors and tools for build-vs-buy decisions.
