Riyadh Air is seeking a seasoned senior leader to shape AI and data capabilities across the enterprise. You will design, build, and govern AI and data programs at scale, partnering with executive stakeholders to unlock strategic value.

Lead the enterprise AI and data strategy, governance frameworks, and operating model, balancing insourcing and outsourcing while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data, AI, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading large-scale data capability transformations.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and govern our AI and data capability across people, processes, and technology.
• Define and lead the enterprise AI and data strategy and roadmap.
• Drive education, adoption, and value realization across the business.
• Shape and evolve the AI and Data operating model with insourcing/outsourcing balance.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, managing risk and removing delivery obstacles.
