Job summary

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Senior AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI, computer vision, and GenAI projects for enterprise clients. You translate contracts into feasible, measurable outcomes while managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and client acceptance.

This role requires coordinating AI engineers, DevOps, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience, including AI/analytics or complex integrations.
• Knowledge of PMI project management principles and change control.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise clients, SOWs, POs, budgets, and invoicing milestones.
• Strong English communication; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and handover from Sales, reviewing contracts, SOWs, POs, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated project management plans, schedules, milestones, forecasts, and baselines with change control.
• Manage kickoffs, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, change requests, status reporting, and escalations.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, deliverables, and correspondence; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end AI delivery lifecycle from discovery to go-live and hyper care.
• Track model performance and operational metrics, including latency and retraining needs.
• Coordinate readiness of datasets, infrastructure, GPUs, edge devices, and third-party integrations.
• Obtain security, privacy approvals, client UAT, and production readiness sign-offs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and subcontractors; align priorities and delivery commitments.
• Monitor progress, blockers, and resource constraints; implement recovery plans with PMO.
• Oversee site readiness, logistics, safety, and vendor mobilization for field deployments.
• Track budgets, timesheets, POs, cost-to-complete, invoicing milestones, and margins.
• Prepare status reports highlighting milestones, risks, and actions for management.
• Serve as primary client contact in English and Arabic as required; ensure smooth handover to support.
